Founded in 2018 by Valon Cocaj, Carrosserie de la Côte combines 25 years of experience with a hands-on, local service.
From mastery of the craft to the pinnacle of expertise
Backed by an exceptional career, Valon Cocaj built his know-how at the highest level of Swiss automotive standards. After obtaining his CFC and federal diploma in body panel work, his rise naturally took him from workshop management to senior responsibilities.
Recognised for his rigour and technical precision, he served as Chief Examiner for the final CFC examinations, ensuring the next generation of the craft, before joining AXA Insurance as Automotive Expert. This unique trajectory gives him a rare dual competence today: absolute technical mastery of the craft and a deep understanding of the inner workings of the insurance world.
Back to the roots: excellence in the service of the client
To return to the proximity of the field and share this exceptional background, Valon Cocaj founded Carrosserie de la Côte on 1 December 2018. More than a workshop, it is the culmination of 25 years of commitment where every vehicle benefits from an expert eye and a craftsman's hand.
The art of passing on and coordinating
Carrosserie de la Côte's story is also a family story. A certified automotive painter with a CFC, Driton Cocaj first proved himself within the company in the workshop before moving up to operations management. This path lets him bring concrete technical expertise to the benefit of overall management. He has also trained many apprentices during his career, passing on the craft's standards of excellence with rigour.
Today, Driton welcomes you at reception and coordinates the technical teams to guarantee the smooth flow and quality of every job. His role is central in ensuring deadlines are respected and an impeccable finish on every vehicle.
